Instructor(s)

Danielle Desroche

I know what it's like to feel out of control of your body. After struggling with hormonal imbalance, hair loss, and disordered eating I healed myself with naturopathic medicine. Now I use this same approach with my clients, providing them the education and tools they need to overcome their PCOS and gain confidence. I help clients understand the science behind their symptoms, how to eat to fuel their body and lose weight, and which supplements are right for them. I'm so glad you're here and am honored to support you on your journey to wellness. Dr. Danielle Desroche received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine and her Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from the University of Vermont. She completed her residency in primary care and now owns her own practice, working with women virtually across the country.

Pelvic PT

Katie Moise

Dr. Katie's journey into pelvic health began after I was seeing an orthopedic PT for a hip injury that sidelined me from running. After getting better but not staying better, she referred me to a pelvic PT in her practice. Experiencing pelvic PT firsthand, I realized how many women across all ages are likely experiencing similar symptoms without knowing where to turn. This is when my passion for women's pelvic health began! There is still a large stigma around talking about peeing, pooping or sex, but I want to normalize these topics. Dr. Katie graduated from The University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill with B.A. in Exercise Sport Science and Psychology. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Emory University. Dr. Katie has advanced training in pelvic health through Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute, is a certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates and certified in Manual Trigger Point Therapy through Myopain Seminars. In her free time, she loves lifting heavy weights, running, Pilates, playing tennis and spending time with friends. On most weekends, you can find her on the Atlanta Beltline exploring all that this city has to offer!

Great introductory workshop. Would definitely recommend to other women. I loved the balance of discussion and Pilates movement. It was great being around other pregnant and postpartum moms.

This was such a great workshop. I learned so much about my pelvic floor that I didn't know and how hormones can be impacted after giving birth.

I wish had this information for my first two pregnancies!
